Since 2003, we have been rendering fully integrated Interior Design & Fit out Turnkey solutions to our revered clients aligning their strategic requirements and business goals.

How We Work
  • Initial Meeting
    First our Project Management team coordinates a site meeting with you to gain a complete understanding of your business' aesthetic and functional need, scope and budget. Our Team will collect full description of the project, digital photographs, measurements and survey, do the feasibility study, and make sure every aspect of the building regulations, time schedule, budget, project specification and health and safety issues. This enables us to create a unique strategy for your workplace.
    The Air conditioning Division works in parallel with the Interior Designers and Engineers to provide the best functional layout without compromising the aesthetic value.
  • Defining and Briefing
    Here our team briefs our proven practices that convert the needs of your business into a productivity-enhancing, cost-effective new solution. We outline the entire scope of work, including a high level budget and a project plan.
  • Project Development / Managing
    Up on the Client's approval of the scope of work, budget and initial timeline and based on the established objectives, Midas Interiors then submits a proposal to the client. The proposal would include fixed price cost estimates and could include recommendations on design, materials, colors, textures and styles.
    Once awarded the contract, Midas Interiors would nominate a Project Manager, together with a highly skilled team to liaise with Client/Consultant for obtaining Authority approvals. Then move on to develop and carry out the installation work and oversee the project through to completion. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the agreed schedule is adhered to, that last minute changes to plan can be accommodated, and that the client receives regular progress and project tracking reports. Throughout the entire project there is constant consultation with the client to ensure total Client satisfaction.

  • Delivering
    Finally we make certain that your workspace fully meets your needs from day one, and continues to meet your evolving business needs in the future. Empowering your business and staff to operate at their maximum potential - we call this optimization.
  • Aftercare
    We don't just deliver projects, we build relationships. At project completion, our dedicated Aftercare Manager provides on-going Client service to ensure your workspace continues to meet your needs.
